  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from GH&G Lockwood, LLC; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Daniel S. Howe, as Manager of GH&G Lockwood, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Steven Hyde, as Executive Vice-President of Bank of North Georgia, a division of Synovus Bank.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
GH&G Lockwood, LLC, is required to dedicate a 262.95 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system.  The easement is for the new Coastal Car Wash at 4630 53rd Avenue East on S.R. 70.
