  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from J. Brett Hutchens, as Manager for Casto Southeast Realty Services, LLC, the Manager for Casto Bayshore, LLC; and
  • Execution and Recording of Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations between Manatee County and Florida Power & Light Company.

Background Discussion
  • Casto Bayshore, LLC, is required to dedicate a 200 square foot permanent utilities easement for access and maintenance of a water meter for a newly constructed commercial multi-tenant building at 6224 14th Street West in Bradenton.
  • A Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Locations from Florida Power & Light Company (FP&L) is required due to a 10 foot wide FP&L easement within a portion of the County utility easement.
