  • Accept and Record Conservation Easement from Thomas Cavanaugh, as Manager of Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC and;
  • Record Permanent Utilities Easement  from Thomas Cavanaugh, as Manager of Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Thomas Cavanaugh, as Manager of Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Synovus Bank.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapter 125, Florida Statutes. Comprehensive Plan Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement, and maintenance of natural land and water resources.

Background Discussion

Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC is required to dedicate a Permanent Utilities Easement and a Conservation Easement to Manatee County. The Permanent Utilities Easement is needed for a master meter.

Creekside Ranch Apartments, LLC dedicated Right-of-Way to Manatee County during the June 3, 2014 Board meeting.
