Action Requested
Authorization for the Parks & Natural Resources Department to write off bad debt totaling $240.00.

Background Discussion
  • The Clerk of the Circuit Court requests departments to submit uncollectible items to the Board for write off.
  • The Fiscal Division of the Parks & Natural Resources Department receives returned item notifications.
  • Staff contacts the respective customers for collection of all returned item notifications.
  • Whereas the majority of returned items have been collected, two remain uncollected.  These items have been turned over to Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc.
  • The Parks & Natural Resources Department is requesting authorization for the bad debt write off for the following items:
    • Cheryl Day    $120.00
    • Cheryl Day    $120.00
