  3. Acceptance of, and authorization for Chairman to execute Required Improvements Agreement and Tempory Construction Easement for Private Improvements; Re: Surety Bond No. 1091816 from Lexon Insurance Company;
  4. Acceptance of, and authorization for Chairman to execute Surety Bond No. 1091816 from Lexon Insurance Company;
  5. Acceptance of, and authorization for Chairman to execute Required Improvements Agreement; Re: Surety Bond No. 1091818 from Lexon Insurance Company;
  6. Acceptance of, and authorization for Chairman to execute Surety Bond No. 1091818 from Lexon Insurance Company;

Enabling/Regulating Authority
  • MANATEE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 90-01, AS AMENDED;
  • MANATEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT GOAL 2.4, ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES IN ALL DEVELOPED OR DEVELOPING AREAS, The Developer has been issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Potable Water, Solid Waste, Sanitary Sewer, Transit, Drainage, Traffic and Fire Protection, Objective 2.4.2, Concurrency, CLOS-12-016.


Background Discussion
  • This is a single family private subdivision with 95 lots.
  • The Developer has posted a performance bond for required improvements.
  • The Developer has posted a defect security bond for the off-site required improvement.
  • All common tracts will be maintained by the Arbor Reserve Community Association, Inc.
  • The required utilities will be maintained by Manatee County.
