Enabling/Regulating Authority

The Developer has been issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Potable Water, Solid Waste, Sanitary Sewer, Transit, Drainage and Fire Protection, Objective 2.4.2, Concurrency, CLOS #07-093.
Background Discussion
- This final plat is for a single-family private subdivision with 46 lots.
- The Developer has posted performance bonds for the remaining public and private required improvements.
- All common areas will be maintained by the Esplanade Community Association, Inc. and the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.
- The utilities will be maintained by the County.
