Background Discussion
The 2012 Capital Improvement Program includes a force main project to increase capacity of the wastewater piping system downstream of the Tara 20 lift station.
On November 27, 2012, the BCC accepted and authorized the recording of a Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement, and authorized the recording of an Affidavit and Encumbrances from William T. Higgs for the Tara 20 Force Main Project.
The Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations from Florida Power and Light Company was required due to electrical power lines crossing the area of acquisition by the County.
