  • Accept and Record Permanent Sidewalk Easement from Ann M. Stewart and Peter J. Stewart for property located at 1220 57th Street East for sidewalk improvements and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Ann M. Stewart and Peter J. Stewart and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Suntrust Bank and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Suntrust Mortgage, Inc. and;
  • Execute and Record Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations from Florida Power & Light Company and;
  • Execute and Record Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations from Verizon Florida, LLC. 


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapters 125 and 127, and Manatee County Comprehensive Goal 5.4 addresses bikeway and pedestrian systems.

Background Discussion
  • Ann M. Stewart and Peter J. Stewart are required to dedicate a 1736.6 square foot permanent sidewalk easement to Manatee County for access, sidewalk construction, and maintenance for the Morgan Johnson Sidewalk Project.
  • The Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations from Florida Power & Light Company is required due to the electric power line easements crossing the area of acquisition by the County.
  • The Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations from Verizon Florida, LLC, is required due to a telephone distribution easement within Parcel 803.
