Background Discussion

The current agreement with EVOQUA is effective through December 31, 2017.  A Request for Proposals No. 18-R0647464MS was issued on October 4, 2017, for a new agreement for corrosion and odor control services. A protest was filed  and disallowed by the County Administrator. Subsequently an appeal of the County Administrator’s decision was filed on November 22, 2017.  Per County Ordinance, the solicitation process is on hold awaiting a final decision on the appeal by the Board of County Commissioners.  The extension through June 30, 2018, will allow the County to continue receiving waste water treatment services.
