Adoption of Resolution R-12-212 re-establishing the Public Safety Coordinating Council in Manatee County providing consistency with Section 951.26 Florida Statutes, and repealing prior and conflicting resolutions.

Background Discussion
Resolution 93-07 is outdated, no longer consistent with the Laws of Florida, Section 951.26.  On Wednesday, November 28, 2012 the Manatee County Public Safety Coordinating Council voted to support the Resolution being considered.
