Enabling/Regulating Authority Section 125 et. seq., Florida Statutes, County Government Background Discussion On May 25, 2010, the BCC executed a Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Warranty Deed from T. Ralph Taylor, Jr., Family Limited Partnership LLLP, a Florida limited liability partnership for the purchase of a 4.159 acre parcel of land, located at the northeast corner of 9th Street East and 63rd Avenue East, to construct a community center to serve the residents in the area of Daughtrey Elementary and Pride Park. On September 28, 2010, a closing was held with Signature Title Company. As part of their closing process, the Special Warranty Deed was recorded in OR Book 2354, Page 3765, PRMCG. It was discovered that the conveyance documents had not been presented to the BCC for acceptance and recording. The conveyance documents are hereby presented for acceptance and recording by the BCC.
