Approval of Records Management Compliance Statement for FY 2011-12

Authorize signature of CRA Chairman approving Fiscal Year 2011-2012 annual statement.
F.S. 257.36(5) Records Management for Community Redevelopment Areas.
The signed statement is provided annually to the Florida Department of State Division of Library and Information Services "attesting to the agency's compliance with records disposition laws, rules, and procedures."
The annual statements from all agency statements are then compiled into a report to the Legislature and the executive office of the Governor for their consideration and action.
Manatee County CRA remains in compliance and has not disposed of any records for the reporting year Fiscal 2011-2012.
The statement is required to be received in Tallahassee by December 31, 2012.
