Action Requested
  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from 93 FLRPT, LLC, RB-3 Associates, and WR-I Associates, LTD.; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from David H. Baldauf, as Manager of 93 FLRPT, LLC, and as Trustee of the Randall Benderson 1993-1 Trust, partner of RB-3 Associates, and as Manager of BG The Village, LLC, the general partner of WR-I Associates, LTD.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - 9.5 addresses the potable water system.



Background Discussion
93 FLRPT, LLC, RB-3 Associates, and WR-I Associates, LTD., are required to dedicate a 513 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system.  The easement is for the new Daily Eats location at 8491 Cooper Creek Boulevard in University Park.
