Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.4 addresses storm water management, flooding, and water quality.

Background Discussion
Fountain Lake Apartments is required to dedicate a Drainage Easement for ingress, egress, construction, and maintenance of surface and/or underground drainage. Additionally, a Flowage Easement is required to be dedicated to Manatee County.
