Action Requested
  • Accept Temporary Construction Easement from FMLJ & B, LLC (includes Joinder and Consent from Yohandra Alvarez, as President of Big City Tire Serv., Inc.); and
  • Accept Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from William Conrad Saba, as Manager of FMLJ & B, LLC.

 



Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125.  Manatee County Land Development Code 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • On April 4, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners executed a contract from FMLJ & B, LLC, for Parcel 702 in the amount of $1,900.00.
  • Parcel 702 is improved with a commercial building that is leased to Big City Tire Service at 5507 14th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207.
  • FMLJ & B, LLC, is required to dedicate a 634 square foot Temporary Construction Easement to Manatee County for the Force Main 23A Rehabilitation Project 404-6022488.
  • The real estate transaction has closed.  Property Acquisition presented documents to the Clerk for recording.  The Clerk erroneously stamped the Temporary Construction Easement as corrected.  The Clerk crossed through the corrected stamp and wrote her initials indicating the stamp was voided.  The appropriate recording stamp is located on the bottom of the Temporary Construction Easement.  This agenda item is to accept the conveyance documents and record the documents in Board Records.
