Manatee County Land Development Code Chapter 11, Impact Fees, Section 1106, Credit Against Impact Fees
Chapter 11, Section 1106, of the Manatee County Land Development Code provided for authorization by the Board of County Commissioners for Impact Fee Credits for contributions, payment, construction, or dedications made to Manatee County against applicable components of the impact fees.
As part of the development of the Harmony Phase II community in southeastern Manatee County, Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District made the following creditable contribution:
The value of creditable land (2.69 acres) dedications have been reviewed by Property Management staff. The amount of transportation impact fee credit is $258,240.00.
Note that this dedication was made in Impact Fee Transportation Benefit District "SE" for collector road "GG" on Comprehensive Plan Map 5B.
