The name of this development project is Serenity Creek Subdivision. As a condition of the final site plan approval, the segment of the Pope Road Extension is required to be dedicated prior to the Final Plat approval.
This segment of Pope Road Extension is located south of State Road 64 East, from the existing Pope Road to the project entrance. The area contains 79,514 square feet more or less.
The conveyance documents are hereby presented for acceptance and recording.
