Florida Statutes FS 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goals 11.5-11.7 Addresses the potable water system.
As a condition of the final site plan approval, a Permanent Utilities Easement was required for ingress, egress, construction, installation, maintenance of utility facilities.
Advance Auto Parts US 301 Parrish is the name of the project for this dedication. The easement area contains 7,712.05 square feet.
The subject property is located north of U.S. 301 and southwest of Erie Road.
