Action Requested
  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC, for access to inspect and read water meters and sanitary sewer system located at 11505 Rangeland Parkway; and
  • Record Consent from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Rex E. Jensen, as president of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc., the Manager of LWR Holdings, LLC, the Manager of Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Rangeland MOB, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Lakewood Centre North 1 Condominium Association and Lakewood Centre Owners Association, Inc.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.5-11.7 addresses the potable water system and Comprehensive Plan Goal  11.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
Lakewood Ranch Commerce Park, LLC, is required to dedicate a 220 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and read water meters and sanitary sewer systems.
