On 6/21/2013, Work Assignment #24 was executed for design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services for the 45th Street East Roadway Improvements in the amount of $989,892.00.
Change Order #1 covers additional design, permitting, and post design services for roadway lighting, traffic signals, conceptual intersection layout, and additional legal descriptions and sketches. Change Order #1 will increase the contract amount from $989,892.00 to $1,097,645.00. The total additional services are approximately 9.8% of the construction amount.
