Action Requested
  • Execute and Record Final Subdivision Plat;
  • Accept, Execute, and Record Mortgagee's Joinder in and Ratification of Subdivision Plat and All Dedications and Reservations from MDMD Ontario Inc.;
  • Accept, Execute, and Record Mortgagee's Joinder in and Ratification of Subdivision Plat and all Dedications and Reservations from German Capital Corporation by Situs Holdings, L.L.C.; and
  • Record Restrictive Covenant Agreement and Notice to Buyers for Sapp Subdivision.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

MANATEE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 90-01, AS AMENDED

MANATEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT GOAL 2.4, ADEQUATE & AVAILABLE PUBLIC FACILITIES & SERVICES CONCURRENT WITH NEW DEVELOPMENT.  The project will be issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Potable Water, Sanitary Sewer, Solid Waste, Transit, Traffic, Drainage, and Fire Protection upon BOCC approval.



Background Discussion
  • This final plat is for a commercial subdivision with 5 lots. Access is from public rights of way.
  • The required utilities will be maintained privately.
