  • Record Joinder and Consent from Bank of North Georgia, a division of Synovus Bank.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
GH&G Lockwood, LLC, is required to dedicate a 10 foot wide utility easement for access and maintenance of a water meter for the West Lake Plaza project.
