Toilet Rebate Program

You may be eligible to replace up to two existing 3.5 gallon or high flushing volume toilets with Ultra Low-Flow toilets and receive a rebate of up to $100 for each replacement.  Maximum of two replacement toilets per address. This does not apply to existing 1.6 gallon toilets.  After installation is complete and you pass an inspection -- you can also trade a high volume showerhead for a FREE Low-Flow Showerhead.

You qualify if...

• You receive your water bill from Manatee County.
• Your present toilets are18-20 years old.
• You wish to replace your existing toilets with 1.6 gpf or dual-flush toilet(s).

1. Call 1-888-843-9832.
2. Give the reservation office your water account number.  They will mail you an application and a reservation number.
3. Thoroughly read the application so you understand the program.
4. Purchase and install your new toilet(s). 
5. Save all receipts.
6. Schedule a physical inspection of the installed toilet(s).
7. Turn in your old showerhead for a new Low-Flow showerhead.
8. Send your completed paperwork to the address in the application, and you will receive a $100 rebate check for each new low-flow toilet, up to the two allowed per address.
