Manatee County residents have several options for paying their utility bills. Select any of the links below for more information.

E-Bill Now Available

E-Bill is an electronic version of your paper bill that is sent  to your financial institution on your behalf. Customers who utilize e-Bill, stay in complete control.  They decide when a bill is paid, how much to pay, and which bank account to use.

Automated Telephone Payment Service

You may pay your Utility bill by phone using our automated telephone payment system. This system accepts MasterCard or Visa, or you may pay your bill using your checking or savings account.

Please be sure to have your most recent Manatee County Utility bill and bank account or credit card available. 

 

Automatic Funds Transfer Service

Why write a check every month? Save yourself the cost of a stamp by paying through the Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT) Program.   The AFT program will automatically draft payment from your bank account on the due date of each billing statement. You will continue to receive a bill reflecting the date and the amount of the draft.   There is no charge for this service.

To be placed on the program, fill out and submit the application with banking information. If you change banks or discontinue the program, a 30 day notice is necessary to stop the drafting process.

 

To sign up for the Automatic Funds Transfer Program please complete the AFT form. 

To cancel Automatic Funds Transfer please complete the AFT cancellation form.

Amscot Locations

Amscot now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 2pm on business days will post the same business day.  Payments made after 2pm will post the next business day.  There will be a $1.00 convenience fee using this service.  Amscot only accepts cash payments.
