Property Acquisition is responsible for identifying and obtaining real property needed by the County to deliver services to the citizens of Manatee County. Dumpster Inventory

In continuation of Manatee County's efforts to reduce costs, the Property Management Department began the lengthy process of locating the waste receptacles, “dumpsters.” The goal of this effort was to confirm existence of dumpsters from the accounts and subsequently make recommendations in order to "right-size" the needs at the given locations. From analyzing only the PMD and MSO accounts, we were able to make changes through reductions in container usages and associated service fees. read on Dumpster Inventory
