Adult Softball

Manatee County’s Adult Softball program is made up of two leagues; an Open League and a Co-Ed League for players 18 years of age and older. These leagues are all offered three seasons a year: Spring, Summer and Fall.

The Open League offers multiple divisions to match a team’s skill level. Teams are scheduled to play twice a week, Monday through Thursday nights. Depending on skill level, teams may have the option to play Monday and Wednesday nights, or Tuesday and Thursday nights. The open league is 11 - 14 games long, plus play-offs.

The Co-Ed League offers multiple divisions to match a team’s skill level. These games are played Sunday nights and consist of 7 - 10 games, plus play-offs. Gender rules are established to be sure Men and Women are both represented equally both on the field and in the line-up.

Please note that registration is accepted on a team basis only.

All games are governed by the rules of Freedom Sports, except in instances where Manatee County rules supersede.
